You are invited to be among a special Circle of Donors whose membership offers museums around the country the opportunity to add Elisabeth 5unday's fine photographs to their permanent collections.
Museum Collections: Through the generosity of previous Donor Circle participants, the Houston Museum of Art, the LA County Museum, the 5an Francisco Museum of Art, the De Rossa Museum, and the San Francisco Civic Arts Collection, the Oakland Art Museum and the Cleveland Museum of Art have received prints.
Membership; The Donors Circle membership is offered at $5,000 and is payable in advance.
Studio Credit; For your $5,000 membership, the museums receives a $15,000 studio credit that is used to select photographs from the portfolios.
Selection Process; The museum curator works directly with Elisabeth Sunday to select photographs that will be donated to the museum collection. This process takes place through studio visits, catalogs or by visiting the web site address, www.elisabethsunday.com
Market Value; The market value of Elisabeth Sunday's work has long been established through the reputable photography gallery, Fahey/Klein, in Los Angeles.
Tax-deduction; After one year from the date of the check, the full market value of the museum gift can be taken as a tax-deduction to the full extent under the law.
Statements; Upon receipt of the work, a letter acknowledging the gift is sent out by the arts institution along with their 501 (c) 3 number for your tax purposes.
Exhibition Request; As part of the gift, the donor requests the work be exhibited within one year of receiving the gift.
